Customer Services Advisor - JWP Trading Limited
We are a family run business, in the manufacturing and online retail sector, focusing on the sale of Land Rover parts.
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Engage with customers proactively via Phone / Email & Live Chat methods
Learn how to book in orders with different couriers both domestically & internationally.
Work with the Customer Services Manager to ensure service procedures, policies and standards, data handling are maintained.
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Requirements and skills:
Prior experience in providing customer service support
Strong customer-facing and communication skills
Working knowledge of databases, Live Chat functions & multiple selling channels
Relevant qualifications / Experience desirable
A degree in e-commerce / business would be advantageous.
Proficiency in English
Days required to work 2 - Monday & Thursday 9am-5pm (16 hours per week)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.50 per hour
