Customer Service Representative

to play a vital role in supporting our Aggregates and Asphalt customers.


In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they get the service, information, and support they need, while helping to keep projects running smoothly. This is more than just answering calls; it's about problem-solving, planning ahead, and being part of a team that keeps construction moving across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing



Building strong relationships with customers, portraying a professional image that encourages repeat business. Handling orders accurately, managing administration, and keeping customers informed every step of the way. Working with operations and logistics teams to anticipate and resolve any issues quickly. Coordinating delivery priorities and forward programming future orders to maximise efficiency. Taking ownership of queries and complaints, ensuring they're resolved promptly and effectively. Continuously learning and developing your skills to provide the best service possible.

What You'll Bring



Experience in customer service with a strong, customer-first mindset, ideally with experience working on the phone. Confidence with IT systems such as Google Suite, Microsoft, Sales Force, or E1 (training provided). A proven ability to multitask and handle complex workloads effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across internal teams and with external customers. Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise while staying resilient and positive.
