Duties

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat Utilise phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services Upsell products or services to enhance customer experience

Qualifications
