Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyse customer needs while promoting our products and services.

Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed. Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services. Maintain a positive attitude while communicating with customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.

Skills

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly. Ability to analyse customer feedback and adapt responses accordingly. Proven experience in upselling techniques to enhance customer engagement. Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
