What You'll Be Doing
Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, or in person
Resolving issues quickly and effectively with a professional attitude
Providing product/service information clearly and confidently
Logging information accurately and following up when needed
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth service
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Immediate availability

Confidence using computers and learning systems

Previous customer service experience is a bonus, not essential
