Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at nkdapparel, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Whether it's helping with sizing, tracking an order, or handling returns, you'll provide thoughtful, efficient, and upbeat support that reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media in a timely and helpful manner Resolve order issues including returns, exchanges, claims and delivery concerns Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, sizing, promotions, and policies Collaborate with other departments (fulfillment, design, social) to ensure customer satisfaction Keep records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services

What We're Looking For:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills A true team player -- even in a solo role, you'll collaborate closely across departments A calm, problem-solving approach to tricky situations- At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, e-commerce, or hospitality welcome- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask -Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus- Bonus if you're familiar with fashion or brand voice in social media support- Fast-paced, solutions-focused mindset

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Enjoy a balanced workweek with shorter hours on Fridays

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From 23,800.00 per year
