We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills to join our team.
You will ensure that the customer is always put first, in line with the companies values.
You will be working as part of a team to enhance customer experiences.
Duties
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Meet personal/customer service team targets
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of swimming instruction techniques and safety protocols is advantageous
Sports coaching qualifications would be beneficial
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
