In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.
Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs have been met and gather feedback on their experience.
Skills
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are highly desirable.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
