Job Description

Are you an organised, customer-focused communicator who enjoys solving problems and keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every enquiry, order, and issue is handled quickly, professionally, and accurately.

What you'll do



Be the first point of contact for customer phone and email enquiries. Provide accurate product and order information. Process customer orders, prepare confirmations, and liaise with production to ensure timely fulfilment. Log and follow up on customer complaints, escalating where necessary to ensure swift resolution. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ERP systems.

What we're looking for



Strong communication and organisation skills. A proactive and professional approach to customer service. Accuracy and attention to detail when processing information. Ability to work effectively with internal teams (Sales, Operations, and Finance). Experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
