Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
Handle complaints and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Identify opportunities for upselling products or services based on customer needs.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Proficiency in English is essential
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Previous experience in logistics is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Familiarity with data entry processes and basic computer skills.
