Specific Job Role and Responsibilities



Provide excellent customer service at every stage of sales to private individuals (starting from initial enquiries to finalising orders and satisfactory deliveries) by liaising with customer via various on-line sales channels, live chat, telephone calls, emails, social media platforms, and face to face. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner by understanding exactly any potential issues in order to resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively which, on occasions, might involve escalating the matter to the line manager or/and collaborating with other Brute Status personnel. Ensure customer satisfaction by proposing solutions that meet the clients' expectations, and communicating in a clear and friendly manner, without delay, to both clients and suppliers as well as internally within the business. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with customer and suppliers, be known for being professional, polite and friendly at all times. Present and promote products or services to prospective customers, by utilising extensive product knowledge and understanding the sector we operate in. The successful candidate would be expected to operate a continuous learning process, both formerly and informally on the job To provide weekly/monthly feedback, information and data on what purchases are being made and what is being asked for to ensure this is reflected in the business's forecasting and suppliers' orders. Closer integration with the marketing function to understand what marketing initiatives have been implemented within the business.

General



Raising and sending invoices to customers using designated software platform. Ensuring payments for goods have cleared prior to passing orders to warehouse for processing and dispatch. Liaising with external logistics partners to resolve any issues with shipment. Recording and reporting on the issues, on the appropriate platform and internal trackers. Maintain product knowledge of all products being sold and to be able to resource customer solutions by keeping technical product knowledge up to date using internal and external systems and repositories. Reporting and liaising with the suppliers and customers, in terms of faulty/damaged/incorrect shipments, warranties and returns processes.

Qualifications



Knowledge or interest in the Automotive world is essential. English and Mathematics to GCSE/A-Level as a minimum Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial. Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, to be intermediate/advanced level as a minimum. Experience and/or working knowledge of order management or CRM software and databases etc. Strong verbal communication skills in the English language. Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision. Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail. Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development.

Pay: 23,800.00-24,800.00 per year
