An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Representative for a healthcare based company based in Stirling on a full time permanent basis.

Start date - ASAP
Salary - \xc2\xa323,000 with bonus on top up to \xc2\xa33,000
Working Hours - Full time 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working - One week office based 2nd week home based

Responsibilities:

• Support customers by phone, electronically and sometimes face to face
• Process customer orders received via inbound and outbound telephone, email and post.
• Respond promptly to customer and colleague enquiries.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all customer interactions on the CRM System.
• Ensure the complaints process is adhered to
• To keep updated with all new products and services available to the customers.
• Maximize all referral opportunities and ensure leads are passed to the relevant referral specialist, in line with personal targets.
• Displays sensitivity to the customer\'s needs including the need for confidentiality and discretion in written and spoken communication
• Develops relationships with customers through empathy and diplomacy
• Completes general administration tasks

The successful candidate\'s profile:

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry desirable
• Customer Service Experience
• Excellent customer focus
• Problem solver
• High Level of organisational skills
• Analytical and decision making skills
• Strong Listening skills
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and report writing
• Be able to deal effectively and professionally with all Customer Complaints
