is currently recruiting a Telesales Executive to join our team in Studley (Warwickshire). This could be a full time or a part time role and we could also accommodate hours around a school run. As a Telesales Executive you will be responsible for making outbound telephone calls to potential customers and generating new business.

Responsibilities:

Making outbound telephone calls to potential customers and generating new business Describing the product benefits and identifying the customer's needs to maximize on upselling potential Meeting team and individual sales targets

Requirements:

Previous telesales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets Excellent communication skills and a polite, confident and friendly telephone manner with the ability to build relationships with customers Experience of working in a results orientated and pressurised environment A positive attitude with passion for success, perseverance and the ability to respect customers' answers The ability to enjoy working within a target-driven team environment, work well under pressure and enjoy getting results Good organizational and administrative skills - Good working knowledge of MS Office
