We're looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our existing friendly team. This is a varied role where you'll be reading and understanding customer enquiries, figuring out what they relate to, and applying pre-drafted replies to respond quickly and accurately. You'll also handle customer reviews and lend a hand with occasional warehouse tasks. As our customer base expands, we're focused on making every interaction faster, friendlier, and more helpful. We'll provide full training and all the tools you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Reading and assessing customer enquiries to identify the issue, then responding using pre-drafted messages in our CRM system.
Providing quick, accurate, and friendly replies to emails, social media messages, and online reviews.
Handling returns and exchanges via our returns portal.
Physically processing returned stock and updating records.
Assisting with warehouse activities from time to time (e.g., printing labels, packing exchanges).
Supporting the Head of Customer Service to keep things running smoothly.
