The Role
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our technical team, delivering high-quality customer service and support for our suite of security and telematics products.
What You'll Do
Respond to support requests via phone and email.
Guide customers through hardware setup and fault diagnostics.
Carry out live troubleshooting.
Log and manage tickets using our internal systems.
What You'll Need
1+ year in technical support or customer service.
Strong customer service skills.
Clear communication, both written and verbal.
Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Telematics experience is a plus, but not essential.
Based within a commutable distance to Chorley, Lancashire.
