Customer Service Representative - Vehicle Repair Deployment and Claims Management.

We are recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join our team at a time of growth in the industry.

What will you be doing day to day:

Logging claims received from Insurers ensuring claims are logged accurately Working with vehicle repairers to ensure the claim is progressed Focus on taking responsibility for the customer and ensuring they are kept up to date Taking inbound enquiries with an element of interacting through live chat channels Making outbound calls to customers. clients and repairers Responding to emails in an accurately and efficient manner Deliver to quality standards on your calls and claim progression Problem solve customer queries and resolve simple complaints Escalate complaints where needed Updating key claim management systems
To be a successful candidate for the Customer Service Advisor role you must:

Be resilient and positive Step up and take responsibility for the customer Experience within a call centre environment is an advantage but it is not essential Experience working with people or customers, this can be face to face or over the phone Enjoy communicating with people and solving problems
Salary and Benefits:
