Customer Service Administrator
Location: Watford (Only suitable for candidates in Watford and surrounding areas)

Avica UK is a rapidly growing supplier of cleaning and catering products. We are committed to delivering high-quality service and are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Administrator to support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls and process orders
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and online platforms
- Accurately input orders and quotations
- Manage returns, refunds, and customer updates
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in administration and customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Only suitable for candidates based in Watford or the surrounding areas
