Your role at BRE
As a Customer Service Representative (part-time position), you'll play a vital role in supporting users of YellowJacket, BRE's cloud-based health and safety platform used across the construction industry. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them get the most out of the system by resolving enquiries, building strong relationships, and acting as the voice of the customer within the team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email with clarity, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs
Build positive relationships with users by understanding their needs and delivering excellent ongoing support
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, renewals, and service activity in our CRM system
Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhance the user experience.

What we are looking for

Essential:

Proven experience in a customer service or support role, ideally in a digital or technical environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and quick to learn new digital tools and systems
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple queries and priorities
A proactive attitude and genuine desire to help people
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Desirable:Experience with online services or software platforms
An understanding of health and safety processes or the construction sector

Work Location Options

Hybrid - This role offers a mix of home and office working. You will need to be within commuting distance of our Watford office, as you will be expected to attend in person (2-3 times per week for the first month of training and then 1-2 times per month after your first month of training).
This is a part-time position (25 hours per week) split over 5 working days per week, with flexible hours to be worked during core business hours (8.45am-5.15pm). The salary will be 28,000 pro rata.
