We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a
Customer Service Advisor
. This role is suited to someone with a strong background in customer service, ideally within a luxury brand or similar environment and a genuine passion for creating outstanding customer experiences. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help manage the daily operations of the department while building meaningful relationships with our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other methods in a timely and professional manner
Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the Haddon brand
Handle complaints and complex queries with sensitivity, efficiency, and a solutions-driven approach
Ensure accurate and timely order processing, with proactive follow-up to confirm successful delivery
Collaborate with internal departments - including Sales, Logistics, and Product Teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
Anticipate potential service issues and take proactive steps to resolve them
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products that enhance the customer journey
Monitor service quality, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Support customer satisfaction initiatives alongside the Sales team
Other duties as required to support the department and the wider business
Person Specification
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within a luxury brand or premium retail environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational abilities and multitasking capability in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
Passion for luxury products and the customer experience
Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to work well under pressure
Willingness to work weekends and holidays when required

Pay: 22,880.00-29,201.65 per year
