Washstation specialise in Managed Laundry Services across the country, and we are looking an experienced part time customer service representatives to join our team.
Primarily to cover evenings, weekends and bank holidays
, so we need people who are relatively flexible and confident working alone. There will be a regular work rota which will be set 3 months in advance.
MUST
be able to travel to Great Shefford RG17 for training and frequently for in touch sessions
The main purpose of the job:
To implement and uphold our customer service functions;
Communicate directly with users via our dedicated communication channels, including phone (call centre), email, webchat and direct messaging
Use back-office systems to investigate, identify and resolve user issues, including machine management systems and payment systems
Ensure all inbound communication is responded to as close to immediately, and in any case within 24 hours
Process and record refunds
Participate in the continual development of knowledge databases to support training and other staff in Washstation's customer care
To support the work of Service Co-ordination;
Raise jobs in the service management system, as required
Support the wider operations team to cover other tasks if required (sickness/holiday cover)
Work remotely
Must be based within 1 hour commute of Great Shefford
Must be able to travel to Great Shefford for training.

1 x Position approximately 13-20 hours per week term time and approximately 8-12 hours per week non term time
Schedule:
33 weeks Term Time Shifts between:
Monday to Friday between: 4pm to 9pm
Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: 10am to 2pm
Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: 2pm to 6pm
19 weeks Non Term Time Shifts between:
Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: 10am to 4pm
Education:
GCSE (preferred)
Experience:
Customer Service Experience: 2 years (preferred)
