 Job Title: Customer Service Representative 
 As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers on a daily basis through various communication channels, in order to promptly respond to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. You will provide information to customers and help when they are faced with problems or need information and maintain accurate records of interactions. 
 What You'll Do: 
 Inbound and outbound communications with customers through telephone / e-mail / chat / SMS / web-site. 
 Provide top customer service to help our customers resolve their accounts and offer additional support. 
 Negotiate payment terms/arrangements if applicable. 
 Review account status/information thoroughly to understand the customer's inquiry/need. 
 Respond to inquiry/need and decide upon the most appropriate solution, if applicable. 
 Understand our clients' products and services to help find the best solutions for the customer. 
 Document all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately in the system. 
 Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for improving customer service efforts. 
 Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and regulations. 
 Champion company core values and other company programs. 
Other duties as assigned. 
 What We're Looking For: 
 Previous experience in a Collections role is preferred but not required. 
 You enjoy talking to people on the phone. 
 You are empathetic, a good listener, and want to help others. 
 Have a desire to grow and drive your career forward. 
 Ability to work full-time (37.5 or 40-hours per week) year round. 
 Office opening times Monday - Friday between 8:30am and 18:00pm. 
 Experience in a customer service is highly desirable. 
 Previous experience in finance or call center environment is an asset. 
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
 Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
