Hybrid - Home-based administration with local travel

Customer Service & Sales / Appointment Coordinator

to join our team.

Role Overview



This is a

highly customer-facing role

. You will be the main point of contact for customers from first enquiry through to project completion. The role combines customer service, appointment coordination, sales support, and administration.

You will communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person, book and manage appointments, prepare and follow up quotes, and maintain accurate records. The role also includes

visiting customers' homes

to take measurements, gather project details, and assist with drawings or layouts.

Administrative tasks can be carried out

from home

.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email Provide friendly, professional, and confident customer service at all times Schedule, plan, and coordinate appointments and jobs efficiently Prepare and issue quotes and proactively follow up enquiries to support sales conversion Maintain accurate records of enquiries, appointments, quotes, and customer communications Coordinate diaries, meetings, and schedules to optimise time management Serve as a key contact for customers, addressing questions and concerns promptly Visit customers' homes (within 10-15 miles of Staines) to take accurate measurements and gather project information Create basic drawings or layouts using sketches or simple design tools Liaise with suppliers and internal team members as required Represent Kitchen Makeovers professionally during all customer interactions

Reporting & Support



You will

report directly to the Contract Manager

, who will provide full guidance, training, and all necessary information to carry out the role effectively. You will be fully supported and not expected to work in isolation.

Skills & ExperienceEssential



Proven customer service or customer-facing experience (phone and/or face-to-face) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong organisational and time-management skills Confident using IT systems (email, scheduling, data entry) Comfortable visiting customers in their homes and representing the business professionally

Full UK driving licence (mandatory)

Must live within approximately 5 miles of Staines


Desirable



Experience in home improvement, kitchens, interiors, or design Knowledge of kitchen components and the kitchen fitting process Ability to take accurate measurements and produce basic drawings or layouts Experience with sales support or lead follow-up

Hours, Progression & Bonuses



This role will initially be offered on a

part-time basis (20 hours per week) for the first 3 months

.
Following a successful probation period, the

right candidate will have the opportunity to progress to a full-time role

.

The full-time role will include

performance-based bonuses linked to sales conversions

, offering strong earning potential for motivated candidates.
