The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service and efficient dispatch operations while driving sales growth through excellent account management, training, and relationship building.
This role bridges the operational and sales functions, ensuring that Made for Life Organics customers receive a seamless experience from order through to delivery, while also supporting the growth of spa and retail accounts in line with the company's brand values and financial targets.
Duties
Deliver
first-class customer service
to retail, spa, and salon clients via phone, email, and in person - building relationships that strengthen loyalty and drive sales.
Manage and nurture accounts
, handle enquiries and orders, and support training initiatives to grow brand awareness and engagement.
Oversee
dispatch and fulfilment operations
, ensuring orders are processed accurately, stock levels are maintained, and logistics run smoothly.
Work with finance to ensure
timely invoicing and payment reconciliation

Support
production and quality assurance
, maintaining compliance and contributing to continuous improvement projects.
Handle
administration and reporting
