About the Role



We're looking for a proactive and organised

Scheduler

to join our dynamic Customer Service Operations team. You'll play a vital role in coordinating technician visits, supporting onboarding for new clients, and ensuring seamless communication with adult social care teams.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service will help us deliver life-enhancing care to those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities



Schedule and manage technician diaries for installations, repairs, and collections. Support onboarding of new customers under fully managed contracts. Handle inbound calls and emails, providing clear and compassionate support. Liaise with adult social care and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate records across all systems, including account creation and updates. Work to meet KPIs and SLAs while promoting a positive client experience.

What You'll Need to Succeed



Essential Skills & Experience



Enthusiasm, patience, and the ability to work under pressure. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication--both written and verbal. Empathy, active listening, and a problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems. Flexibility, adaptability, and a team-first attitude.

Desirable Skills & Experience



2+ years' experience in a scheduling or coordination role. Background in a fast-paced customer service or care environment.
