Position: Customer Service Specialist (6-12 month FTC with the potential to go permanent)
Location: Abingdon (OX14)
Salary: 22,000 - 25,000
Hours: 37.5 (hours to be worked flexibly Monday - Friday between 08:00 - 18:00 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00 - 16:00)
Experience: Customer Service, Customer Experience, Premium Product, Call Centre, Telephone Experience
The Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a well-known and respected global client, who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist, to join their Abingdon based team.
As Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from retail customers, and dealing with all enquiries, after sales and resolving any issues (technical faults with products, delivery delays etc) Therefore, suited to candidates who are calm under pressure and passionate to problem solve and find a solution for all customer enquiries and issues, whilst adhering to our client's premium reputation.
The successful Customer Service Specialist must be passionate about offering ultra-high-end levels of customer service and go above and beyond to manage the customer's entire experience (from initial enquiry to resolution), ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
