About the Role



As a Customer Service Advisor, you will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once are essential.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and working closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment. You'll also have the opportunity to develop product knowledge and contribute to a customer experience that reflects our values of reliability, care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities



Provide responsive and accurate support to customers via phone and email. Process customer orders using our internal systems with precision and efficiency. Resolve enquiries and issues promptly and professionally, escalating where appropriate. Liaise with colleagues across Sales, Logistics and Buying to ensure excellent service delivery. Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding queries. Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required.

About You



We're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in a customer service, sales, order processing or hospitality role. Is highly organised, able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks under pressure. Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in delivering work to a high standard. Experience with order management or CRM systems is an advantage. Brings a positive, proactive attitude and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Has an interest in the drinks industry or a willingness to learn about our diverse product range.
