We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic apprentice to join the Sales & Events Team at the Princes Hall Theatre in Aldershot. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience in a busy theatre environment while working towards a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship.
As part of the Box Office and Front of House team, you'll be the welcoming face of the theatre, helping customers with ticket bookings, enquiries, and event information. You'll also support the administration of sales, marketing, and events, and assist with stewarding and bar duties during performances.
You'll gain experience in:Operating box office systems and managing customer data
Delivering excellent customer service in person, by phone, and online
Supporting marketing and membership schemes
Working front of house during live events
Handling cash and card transactions securely
Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers
We're looking for someone who:Has a passion for theatre and live events
Is organised, reliable, and a great team player
Communicates clearly and confidently
Is keen to learn and develop professionally
Can work evenings and weekends as part of a rota
You'll be supported by an experienced team and receive regular training to help you succeed in your role and apprenticeship.
If you don't already hold Level 2 English and Maths, you'll be supported to achieve these before your end point assessment.
