Responsibilities:

The role

Managing allocated customer accounts via outbound and inbound calls, and collate accurate information to ensure that our clients are fully benefiting from our products and services

To meet the needs of the customers by providing excellent standards of service in the most mutually profitable manner.

To ensure that the company's brands and service proposition is fully understood and implemented with customers.

To take ownership, manage and resolve customer queries, in bound order taking and relationship building.

Work to hit or exceed individual set targets whilst working cohesively as a team.

Previous Tele sales experience would be beneficial Confident and friendly telephone manner Self-motivated with a desire to succeed Excellent time management Computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and also Excel Ability to work well under pressure

Monday to Friday 07.30am - 16:30pm
