About the Role:

As a

Customer Service Team Member

, you'll be the friendly voice and face of our company. You'll handle a variety of tasks - from answering customer queries and resolving issues, to processing orders and ensuring every customer walks away with a great experience.

This is

not a call centre

role - it's hands-on, personal, and rewarding. Whether you're assisting over the phone, via email, or face-to-face, you'll be empowered to make real decisions and deliver truly exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering outstanding customer service across multiple channels Solving problems quickly and professionally Working collaboratively with team members and other departments Keeping accurate records and staying on top of customer enquiries Supporting day-to-day operations in a busy environment

About You:

We're looking for individuals who are:

Passionate about people and great service Positive, energetic and proactive Organised, with strong attention to detail Comfortable using systems and handling a fast-paced workload Confident communicators with a can-do attitude
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer support role is ideal - but not essential. If you have the right attitude, we'll give you the tools to succeed.
