You have an exciting opportunity to work at our head office based in Marsh Barton, Exeter.
As part of the Customer Service Department, you will provide excellent customer service for our customers and seasonal stores. You will also take phone orders and perform administrative duties to support the Customer Service Manager.
The job requires a balance of first-class communication skills, excellent administration, and the ability to cope with a heavy workload and keep a calm and empathic attitude in a fast-paced customer services department.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to our customers via phone, email, and social media messaging.
Taking orders and payments over the phone.
Provide administrative assistance when required.
Inputting customer data into various software systems
Processing returns.
Personal Specification
Excellent telephone manner.
High standard of spelling and grammar.
Web literate/good at online ordering
IT literate - Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous customer service experience, preferably over the phone.
Good attention to detail.
