Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through efficient data entry. Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints effectively. Utilise communication skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer experience and business growth. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and maintain a positive attitude during all interactions. Analyse customer feedback and trends to suggest improvements in service delivery. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service standards are upheld.

Experience



Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly advantageous, enabling effective communication with diverse clientele. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Experience in upselling or cross-selling products/services is beneficial. Familiarity with phone etiquette best practices and excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs efficiently. Pay: 24,420.00-38,557.19 per year
