We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to analyse customer needs, and effectively resolve issues while promoting our products and services.
Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high standard of phone etiquette.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, aiming for swift resolution.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant products or services.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service quality.
Qualifications
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable; additional multilingual capabilities are a plus.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
