An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service/Admin Representative to join our well-established Manchester based fashion brand, The Couture Club.

Role & Responsibilities:
Customer Services includes -
Supporting with customer queries via email and live chat - ensuring that we stay within our 48-hour response times and SLA's
Dealing with UK and International customer queries via:
Email (Freshdeak)
Live Chat (Freshdesk)
Contacting customers regarding returns and exchanges. Also liaising with customers to complete our returns portal.
Liaising with the warehouse team (order & return related)
Occasionally Inspecting faulty items alongside the warehouse team
Logging any discrepancies and findings on excel and the order system (Shopify)
Raising enquires and investigations with courier companies via email (DPD, Royal Mail, EVRI, DHL)
Customer service administration and recording on Excel
Highlighting stock faults to our Design team
Supporting our Wholesale team includes -
General admin
Typing up document
Creating invoices
Product Uploads
Checking PO's
Full training will be provided for the above
Key skills required:
Preferred Customer Service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
Acts with professionalism
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organisational and time management skills
Enthusiastic & energetic
Excellent attention to detail
Adaptable and a willingness to learn and grow within our exciting team
The ability to work as part of a team
Experience on Freshdesk and Shopify desirable but not essential
