The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer support to prospective and existing learners, always ensuring a positive and professional experience, while providing comprehensive administrative support to the Training Team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare training rooms and welcome learners, ensuring a positive experience
Coordinate onsite logistics including venues, security, refreshments, and course materials
Support trainers and delegates during in-person and online courses
Manage customer enquiries by email and phone, responding within agreed timescales
Maintain accurate, secure course records, databases, and learner information
Issue post-course communications, results, certification, and ID cards where required
Liaise with customers, trainers, venues, couriers, and internal teams to manage course arrangements and changes
Provide general administrative support, including covering for colleagues during busy periods
Key Competencies/Behaviours
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise competing demands and work flexibly
Confident in customer communication and administration
Financially astute with good record-keeping habits
Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
Education & Experience
GCSEs A-C in Maths and English
2+ years in customer service or admin roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of bespoke databases
