Summary
We are seeking an additional Administrative Officer to join our team at Rosie's Bakes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks that support our bakery operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficiency within the team.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support bakery operations.
Coordinate communication between departments and with external partners.
Maintain organized records and documentation for all administrative processes.
Utilize Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis as needed.
Sales Order Processing
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
