As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Office Manager to support both our customers and our team.
About the Role:
As our new Customer Service & Office Manager, you'll be the go-to person for handling day-to-day office operations, ensuring excellent customer communication, and supporting the coordination of our engineers. You'll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly -- both behind the scenes and in front of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls and emails from customers with the ability to book in while talking.
Creating and sending quotes and invoices
Booking and managing appointments for engineers
Handling customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Monitoring job progress and updating customers accordingly
Liaising with suppliers and managing occasional collections/deliveries
Supporting recruitment, scheduling, and general staff management
Maintaining records and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
Helping to improve internal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
