Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our friendly crazy team. This customer facing role involves providing friendly support to clients for service bookings and sales enquiries for vehicles , a warm telephone manner is essential, basically the applicant needs to be the ideal human being, we haven't found one as yet in any of our departments, but most of our staff aren't far off!

Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence

Experience

Previous motor trade experience is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Pay: 26,000.00-29,442.26 per year
