This is a key role within our Customer Service team. The role focuses on providing great service to selected Accounts through great communication and accuracy and timely provision of data. The job holder will be expected to liaise effectively across Barony departments and be the primary interface on day-to-day Customer Service activities between the customer and Barony.
This is a wide-ranging role which touches all areas of the business so timely, proactive and courteous communication is a given in this role.
Headline activities and requirements for this role are as laid out below. The role operates within a fast-moving environment, and proactive management and timely escalation of issues is expected.
The role will also provide holiday cover for the Team where required
