We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service professionals to join friendly team based at our site in , Colchester for a period of 18months.

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will play a vital role within our supportive Customer Services team ensuring our customers always receive the highest level of care. Key Responsibilities

  • To be a main point of contact for all queries and will be able to take ownership of this task to resolve any issues efficiently and to a consistently high standard
  • Taking responsibility for handling incoming emails and telephone calls, order processing, setting up contracts, general enquiries and any other business associated with retail trade customers
  • To work together with the wider customer services team, liaise with our warehouse team, and to support colleagues when necessar
Who we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be confident communicating over email and have had experience doing this in the past whether in a previous customer service role, or an administrative environment
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be able to work independently and confidently as part of a wider team, although support is always there when you need it
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll have a great eye for detail as you\xe2\x80\x99ll be dealing with lots of information at any one time
  • Great organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks as necessary
