Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Services Advisor to join our office team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer focused organisational skills & an eye for detail and customer service.

Duties



Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Taking and entering orders into our system using telephone, e-mail and our customer online portal Interacting with other departments to ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all time Stock checks at customer sites Support team members with clerical duties to enhance productivity

Requirements



Previous customer service experience is essential, with a preference for candidates within the hotel / hospitality industries. Excellent telephone manner. Proficient computer skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated Saturday working on a rota system.

Pay: 29,000.00 per year
