As our Customer Services Advisor you'll:

• Have a flair and passion for delivering excellent customer service, with previous demonstrable experience.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and can think on your feet, working in a fast-paced environment
• Possess the necessary behaviours and attributes to achieve 'right first time' customer interaction.
• Display confidence: being articulate and effective with a full range of communication techniques, i.e., face to face, telephone, written & via digital channels.
• Achieve positive outcomes, supporting all areas of the business, offering a broad range of services to our customers, from advice and assistance with repair & maintenance enquiries to a range of housing, tenancy support and advice, including processing payments.
• Provide a flexible attitude to compliment the importance of service delivery

This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices, with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
