Customer Services Advisor (distribution) Full Time
Job Description
We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented salesperson to determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales. The salespersons responsibilities include effectively dealing with all our customer requirements recommending solutions when necessary. Informing potential and existing customers of company promotions. You will also need to liaise and place orders with our suppliers to ensure all customers goods arrive on time.
To be successful in our sales office, it is preferable that you have a knowledge of the flooring or distribution industry. Ultimately, an outstanding office based salesperson should have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills at all times.
Sales Office Salesperson's Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls from customers. Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers. Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed. Developing in-depth knowledge of company products and the flooring industry. Informing buying team of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current customer and market needs. Dealing with customers face to face on our busy trade counter.
Sales Officer Requirements:
Proven sales experience preferable but not essential. Knowledge the flooring or construction industry is preferable but not essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Fully IT proficient.
Salary negotiable upon experience
