What You'll Be Doing
Be the friendly voice and quick-thinking brain behind all guest enquiries - phone and online.
Manage restaurant and bedroom bookings across our pubs and inns using our reservation platforms.
Cross-sell experiences and recommend the perfect spot - whether it's a cosy corner or a romantic stay.
Work hand-in-hand with our pub managers to deliver seamless guest journeys.
Make every guest feel like a VIP - before they even walk through the door.
Receive full training to help you shine in your role.

You're the kind of person who loves making people's day - even from behind a screen or phone line. You're organised, proactive, and take pride in the little details that make a big difference.
What makes you tick:
Experience in hospitality or a reservations-based role
Excellent communication skills (you're a natural on the phone!)
