Job Description

Customer Services Advisor required in Leicestershire (LE11).

Monday to Friday - 4 hours a day (20hrs a week)



This is a contract running from June for 12 weeks.



Duties will include:



Handle all telephone calls, emails (including social media) and any written correspondence in a professional, polite and efficient manner.

Ensure that all relevant details are recorded accurately on supporting technology and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Respond to and resolve a wide range of issues relating to council services, including complex and in depth enquiries.

Accurately identify where a specialist response is required and escalate within the target timescale.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:



5 GSCE's or equivalent experience including English and Maths.

Great IT skills and practical application, including experience of using Microsoft Office and maintaining computerised record systems.

Atleast one years relevant work experience (in general administration/ updating systems).

Excellent communication skills.

Customer focused approach to dealing with service requests/reports.
