Job Description

We're working with a well-established business that delivers communication technology solutions to public sector clients across the UK. As they continue to grow, they're now looking to hire a Customer Services Advisor to support their clients and internal teams from their Kirkham office.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with previous experience in customer service or contact centres, who enjoys solving problems, speaking with people, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

Acting as the first point of contact for incoming client queries (calls and emails) Making outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment reminders, and service updates Providing basic technical support (e.g. password resets, account help) Logging and updating customer records in the CRM/ticketing system Escalating more complex issues to technical teams where needed Ensuring queries are resolved within agreed timeframes Supporting general admin tasks and contributing to team goals

What They're Looking For

Experience in a customer service, call centre, or support role Confident communicator--both over the phone and in writing Strong computer skills and able to learn new systems quickly Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable working full-time on-site in Kirkham
