We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. As a Customer Services Advisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our office runs efficiently while delivering top-tier service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently. Processing insurance policy changes with a proactive, solution-driven approach. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Supporting the team in achieving business objectives. Ensuring a seamless customer experience with a high level of attention to detail.

What We're Looking For



We're seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual who is eager to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector (preferred but not essential). IT proficiency, with experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems as an advantage. Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
