Permanent Contract

Location: Portree Or Stornoway

Monday to Friday 9-5 excluding Bank Holidays

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within our business of the Lochalsh, Skye & Outer Hebrides Agency. With a Potential Position in each of our businesses offices - Portree & Stornoway.

About the role:

Selling & Servicing our Motor and Home insurance customers. This involves dealing with our clients in our offices, by phone, and by email. And is everything from Quoting for a new policy for a new client, to helping our wonderful existing clients with Changes/alterations, payments and claims.

You would also be a Financial Services Qualifier, helping our clients with arranging to talk to an NFU Mutual Financial Advisor or Product Information Consultant. This can help our customers with Protection, Retirement planning or Tax Efficient Savings.

And our clients can be private individuals up to large companies covering a wide range of occupations and sectors.

About you:

Customer Service Experience Vital, Sales experience would be a huge benefit. We would expect a good basis with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Excellent Communication and team working skills, and the ability to self motivate and develop into the role.
