Proficiency in data entry and the ability to communicate in multiple languages, particularly English and Spanish, will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through efficient data entry. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling customer calls and resolving issues. Upsell products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support across departments. Provide multilingual support to cater to a diverse customer base, particularly for bilingual speakers of English and Spanish.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential. Multilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish, are highly desirable. A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Experience in upselling techniques is an advantage but not required.
