We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our friendly and creative team to play a crucial role in our expansion plans. The individual will help us to continue building our online presence and brand awareness, developing and executing marketing strategies and seeking out new growth opportunities. They should also be confident, with a passion for driving results and being part of an exciting growth environment. The position also offers the potential to grow professionally as the company grows.

Job Purpose
To deliver outstanding customer service by efficiently handling technical, sales, and basic accounts enquiries. This role demands a dynamic individual with a proactive mindset, capable of supporting Technical and Sales Account Managers while also assisting with administrative finance tasks. Strong communication, IT, executive assistant, and bookkeeping skills are essential to thrive in this multifaceted role.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Act as the primary point of contact for all technical, sales, and general enquiries.
Respond promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat platforms.
Escalate complex matters to the appropriate Technical or Sales Account Managers with well-documented background information.
Maintain excellent service standards, even in high-pressure scenarios.
Technical & Sales Administration
Record and track customer requests using CRM systems.
Provide initial product guidance using internal resources and documentation.
Schedule customer callbacks and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Prepare briefing notes and follow-ups for senior staff and account managers.
Accounts Administration & Bookkeeping
Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
Assist in managing purchase orders, supplier invoices, and customer account queries.
Liaise with the accounts department to resolve payment and billing issues.
Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies.
Executive & General Administrative Support
Coordinate calendars, internal meetings, and communication flows between departments.
Manage shared inboxes and incoming enquiries with urgency and precision.
Prepare internal reports and summaries to assist team leads in decision-making.
IT & Communication
Confidently use CRM, ERP, and bookkeeping software platforms.
Prepare customer-facing documents, presentations, and internal communications using Microsoft Office Suite.
Identify trends in queries and recommend improvements to support documentation.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
Customer service or administrative experience in a technical or commercial setting.
Basic bookkeeping knowledge and familiarity with accounting processes.
Proficient in using CRM, ERP, and finance systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
AAT Level 2 or equivalent bookkeeping qualification (or working towards).
Experience in B2B sales or technical product environments.
Familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks).
