Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Great Britain to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support, contributing directly to our mission of delivering quality products.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contact allocated customers with new product information and offers .
Target existing customers and develop new customers from lead generation lists.
Promote a positive company image through excellent service.
Process sales orders using sage accounting software .
Prepare and fill out new line forms for online listings on various platforms
Use Linnworks software to process orders
Use Virtualstock software to process orders
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
Proven experience in the Homeware , Hardware , DIY and Garden industry helpful but not essential .
Familiarity with virtualstock , linnworks and sage software helpful but not essential .
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
